I am from the UK's largest county, Yorkshire. It can be bleak and harsh there, sometimes forbidding. But there's plenty of it that is quite simply, stunning.

I've been a writer for a really long time, even as far back as the dark ages before the internet was invented. Possibly because of my advanced years I know a little teeny bit about many things. If any of my knowledge is useful, I'm happy to share it.
